jesus christ someone kill cloud gaming before it gets too big
80% of network bandwidth / latency on any mobile client should do that for us.
It's the ultimate method of destroying any form of pirating - so they'll keep trying until they kill their own business themselves.

People will still pirate the binaries. Its not like netflix where people use it just because its easier than piracy. Infact its the opposite, many people pirate because the drm is stripped from the applications and the pirated application becomes easier to use than the legitimate ones.
Obviously the idea is to fully move to a similar platform eventually, but I cannot ever foresee that taking place.
jesus christ someone kill cloud gaming before it gets too big
Woah, it's AWS: It's not just for gaming, I think Amazon finally perfected a bunch of it's streaming tech, because suddenly they're offering a lof of virtualization tech similar to this (Fully cloud powered thin clients, other stuff). You also have to realize that as of right now, it's EXTREMELY expensive from Amazon, at around $0.83/HR streamed, which is NOT easily economical for just 'gaming' subscriptions.
this is not only for gaming you fools
