Im running windows 7 which is real damn good but cause of my college course i need a mac to run logic which is mac only (Apple bought the company out and made it mac only, bunch of dicks) I partitioned my hard drive to 30gb and i can get hold of the OS X from college. I looked around the internet but i can't find any clear instructions. Thanks for the help
If i remember correctly you simply gotta boot with the Mac disk, then install it to that 30 gig partition, which i assume, is clean. Wait...with a mac dont you have to use something like hackintosh or something? Im not familiar with any mac os [editline]09:06PM[/editline] An alternative you could try is virtual machines. Its very simple and straight forward, http://www.virtualbox.org/ (free) Its like a computer inside of a computer, put simply
Seems much easier thanks, ill get a disc and try it out tomorow.
Personally im not too sure about using a virtual machine for this. I used virtualbox for a Lepord VM and i cant get it to recognise any of my hardware like CD drives and usb's so it might not be good enough for what you want.
VirtualBox is good for everything else but it has terrible (read: non-existant / hackish) support for OS X right now. I've heard that VMWare is much better, you might want to try that.
Ah right nice ill look into that now.
