Sure old cartoons/images of black people had large lips but it just seems in this case it was the artist's style rather than it actually being intentionally racist.

Thanks, I'm not used to drawing with a bulky pen. I just draw lots of lines (if you seen my other art).

You need to learn the definitions, never did he imply that being black was worse then any other race.
