It's like when Romney said one of the things he would cut would be public broadcasting such as KPBS even though that only makes up far less than 1% of federal spending (.14% IIRC). It simply is objectively wrong to cut anything that isn't the military at this point, government spending has been going down for years in most other things because the common misconception that government isn't cutting stuff is insane (budget cuts to like fucking everything for like 6 years now, except for military of course) also naked people outside Boehner's office lol dick joke
