Not BAD but not GOOD. Something I'd expect as rhythm or as background music, not really main song material.
It's a good rhythm guitar part. Add some drums, a sweet bass line, and a cool lead guitar riff and you got something pretty cool.
It's a standard progression with a very basic rhythm. [editline]06:40AM[/editline] If it's a folk song then okay.
Nice one!
It's kinda monotonous, but it would sound awesome underneath some galloping distorted rhythm guitar for a folk metal song or something.
Hmm... What style is this?
Link doesn't work for me. Care to fix it?
Good job you have invented chords; now realize that they are boring with no melody of any kind. hey guys i wrote this sweet riff it goes "F G Am C" then later goes "F G Bdim Bdim" the strumming is up down up down what do you think is it awesome or what

Chords are what hold a song together and a good rhythm guitarist is god.

If someone posts a creation of theirs here, construct, encourage, and advise.
I think it would be really awesome with a killer bassline.
It's like only E based chords. E, E6, E7 and E9 mabye.
I think it did sound a bit blues-like in the beginning, but i didn't hear any blue notes.
it's pretty boring and not very good sounding

Be a bro about it.
Not really a riff but it would make a cool folkish song.
Yeah mos def reminded me of some folkish. Lyrics would go well with a rhythm like that.
srs don't be a faggot. Be a bro about it.
Yea, one of the worst things you can do to someone who makes something artistic(especially if they are still learning) is to put them down. Give constructive criticism but don't just be a douchebag.
