A way to disable AMD Overdrive without openeing CCC?

I was testing out some clock settings for my HD7750, I think I accidentally went too far and when I clicked "Apply" weird pixels appeared on my screens and the computer black screened. After trying to get it to start many times I finally got it to work. But the problem is now I can't go into CCC or Overdrive will apply the clock settings and black screen my computer again. Is there a way for me to go in and disable Overdrive without going into CCC, or at least lowering down the clock settings?
My PC Specs if needed:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
RAM: 4GB 1333mhz DDR3
CPU: Intel 2 Quad Q9950 @2.83GHz
GPU: XFX HD7750 GHz Edition
Uninstalling CCC should give you the option of deleting any saved settings, or do it automatically, then just reinstall
