You're telling me that those red squares didn't make you hyped as fuck for a multiplayer first-person shooter?
A teaser campaign is an advertising campaign which typically consists of a series of small, cryptic, challenging advertisements that anticipate a larger, full-blown campaign for a product launch or otherwise important event. These advertisements are called "teasers" or "teaser ads". A teaser trailer for an upcoming film, television program, video game or similar, is usually released long in advance of the product, so as to "tease" the audience.
Except teasers don't have the same roles as trailers.
Sorry TRock I'm STILL not getting excited until you show me stuff.
ACTUAL stuff.
Seriously fuck teasers. Good on RPS for banning those totally worthless ads
So because one teaser is a piece of shit all of them must be, clearly.
Fact is teasers serve a different purpose to trailers.
The teaser made sense to me? It's a group of 4 individuals versus something that has had time to develop and, as the name implies, evolve as indicated by it stretching. It's not a fucking riddle.
For everyone of these, there's something like the Persona 5 or Fallout 3 teasers which were hype as fuck.
BUT I FOR ONE AM GLAD RPS IS DEFENDING US FROM THIS VILE SCOURGE
The SOMA teasers were fucking amazing. Just because one teaser's too vague doesn't mean they should all be exiled to the pit of inaccessibility.
I never really liked teasers, they feel so lackluster and don't get me hyped at all.
