If it's a less shitty Tropico 3 it should be really good. Tropico 3 was okay, but it was just a bit too shitty in some places
The biggest problem I had with 3 was that the buildings had no expenses like they did in Simcity 4, so after playing a while you basically have all the money you'll ever need making the game super easy.
Looks more like an expansion than a full price game. Also:
