Would it be worth it to get a new 120MM fan for my PC?

Ok I have been thinking of putting a 120MM or bigger fan in my case I already have 4 120MM fans but I am a little paranoid. I was wondering if it would help at all to get a 120MM fan here are my temps:

If you're really worried about CPU temps then get another cooler, case fans are of little extra use once you have good airflow.
