It's really good.. maybe speed up the explosions a bit as they seem too slow. Having said that, that is a good attempt

The first explosion was REALLY (Movie-like) GOOD, then the other 2 were just meh
I liked the splatter bit at the start, and the first explosion. Others were meh, but I lolled at the pigeon
I need to get Action Essentials 2. But I don't have $250. And I refuse to pirate it as Mr. Kramer is nice enough to share his tricks with the world for free.
There's nothing particularly of note in this video, you followed the tutorials well enough to make something that looks mediocre, the key is to now apply it to an original idea/setting and polish it to a high sheen or proffessionalism
As the youtube rating would say "nothing special"
Im going to have to agree with Dave, your effects seemed sort of effortless and the explosions you chose weren't exactly the right ones for the job. However its better than some attempts i have seen on youtube, but you just gotta put a bit more effort and time in.
