Hey folks,
My girlfriend just messaged me about a problem she's having, and as I know nothing about this particular matter, I turn to you.
The battery of her fairly new Lenovo Ideapad isn't charging, and the laptop won't run even when it's in. Only when the charger is connected, it'll run.
Any ideas about what could have happened here?
Did anything abnormal occur to the physical laptop that might have cause it to short out? (Power down instantly) Water damage? Metal hardware touching inside a USB port?
Apparently not. Although, I wouldn't know for sure, but she says nothing has happened.
Bad cell buy new battery or if you know anything about it replace the cell.
Contact either the place it was bought or the manufacturer to purchase a new one.
Batteries are usually replaced for free within the first year.
Thanks for the replies.
