Actually this drawing looks like something i could do when i was like 8 - 9, even tough it has been long since i did a real big drawing and i might even be as bad if i don't put as much efford, i still doesn't release it even tough it looks like shit... so yeah if this was 2007 i think it STILL wouldn't be accepted because of the lack of efford done into it
