What should i enter for it to forward properly?

If you have UPNP on it wont really make a differance. I have no idea what you want?
To forward a port you just need to:
Stop uisng DHCP to get your IP address. Set a static one for your PC.
Forward the port to the IP address you set on your PC.
Torrents should use TCP.
Why did you blur everything out? There's absolutely nothing anyone could do with that information.
