Welcome to the nerds guide to being accepted.
This short guide will help the common nerd, Understand how to be accepted into the real world, And finally strum up the confidence to finally ask that girl out (You know what one i mean ;)]
To be eligible for this guide you must first meet the following criteria:
1)You spend all of your free time; Playing on line games,Fapping,Face Punching
2)You bully players that are new and or do not know as much about the game than you do
3)You are seen as a social outcast in your shcool
4)For some reason people laugh at you
5)Your computer is your only pride and glory
6)Your room is dark and filled with dark orange furnishings
7)You post a sarcastic reply to this Thread
[You get the general idea. There is more, But I are very lazy]
We need to address each individual problem one small step at a time, So here it begins....
STEP 1/2):
If you are a true nerd this is your basis for life. its fun yes i agree, but in small amounts when there is honestly nothing else to do! - A nice alternative is to be outside trying new things and adventuring around. All areas of the world have hidden little gems for young adults like us to go play, Hidden in that pitch of nettles in the corner of a field or over the bottom of the woods. Take your bike take your friends maybe a lighter and some petrol have a fire. Just get out and have a look around you never know. The outside world is big and huge and stuff, There are GIRLS, lots of them, Most single, give it a go, Say hello introduce your self, get her number. Get in touch and get in her pants stop dreaming.
3/4):
People most probably will not aproned you in shcool or at social enevnts becouse of the following:
You talk about strange things - Find conversation about things that others would be interested in (Music,Films,TV,Life,Current events,Problems)
Your Appearance - Dress in the latest styles and one that suits you (Try to avoid dark clothing, Or anything with chains hanging off it)
Your Actions - You are not very outspoken and keep to your self, Try to get more involved in activities and make your self known to people around you
5):
SPEND LESS TIME ON YOUR COMPUTER
6):
Re decorate your room. Clean and clutter free is the way froward. Light Blue walls, Beach wood floor and furnishings always the best option, Lots of light and storage, Throw out your chunky tv, get a nice LCD/LED, Get rid of the game cube and your old consoles put them away. Throw in a sound system your done.
7):
Now all you Face Punchers out there that have made endless jokes up about this thread already, Bring it on, Because you are the type of people this post is about and I really don't care if you are offended im trying to help people :)
I wish you good luck !
(NOTE: My spelling is bad yes, Thank you for your ratings yay.)
Welcome to common sense 101, I will be your teacher Professor Obvious.
thanks mom
Not every nerd is completely shy.
Most of the ones I know are so chatty, they're annoying beyond belief.
Also, I work out at a gym quite regularly, spend a lot of time outside, and some of the most athletic and twattish people I know are also avid tf2 players.
Seriously, one guy I know is a rugby player for the 1st squad, and he plays tf2 70.8 hours per 2 weeks.

True !!!
I don't meet all of the requirements.
Hey you guys! I know of a good activity we can all do! Let's go JOGGING!
For me, the good way was putting a single "policy" into place: NEVER favour computer time over going ANYWHERE with friends.
Since then, I've been to two week-long music festivals, got drunk quite some times, and all in all, became known much less as a nerd. :v:
Nerds are awesome, don't force nerds to conform just because you think they should.

No force involved this is advice :)
Well you said to go out instead of spending time on the PC 24/7 mr OP

Sure because you can just click your fingers and these things will magically appear.
Also, lol @ the "go Nike" comment. Seriously, Nike gear is just horrible and generic. Do you want to look and dress just like every other freaking conformist retard on the planet?
Get your own style, seriously. If you have your own style people will notice you for it, if nothing else.
I bet 40% of boys in our world are like us so it's not that different

I've been playing WoW since release and even I'm not that nerdy.

Nerd-sheek
Its simple, have computer time as your lowest priority. If someone invites you out, or there's something to do, always do that instead of going on the computer. Going on the computer should only be done at those times when you need to (homework or whatever) or if you have nothing else social to do.

Okay well maybe this is a bit overboard
This is pretty much what I do anyway. I spend alot of my time at the skate park which is seriously lacking of females though. You could go into greater steps TBH.
Buy a motor cycle. Chicks love motor cycles.

The sad thing is that my computer/gaming time is always my lowest priority.. I just never get asked out or anything :(
Also, re-decorating isn't needed. Just organise your room so all your shit takes up less space.

He spent lots of time with me though :3:
