The only real instructions are the stuff on the back of the bacon package, generally 400F and 14 minutes.
Step 1- Weave the bacon (And cook the extra for your bacon-grilled cheese)

Step 2- Cook the bacon and forget about hungry cats

Step 3- Recover cooked bacon

Step 4- Cover in cheese, roll the bacon-net

Step 5- So much grease that it needs to go on bread

I've never made bacon in a pan before, so all I can say is that I should have flipped it sometime in the interim. That, and make the weave tighter, and cook it longer to keep the bacon as a solid net. And not to put in so much cheese that it tastes more like an omelet than bacon, which I'm not sure if it's because I used maple bacon instead of regular.
I look forward to making this again when my heart isn't in danger of exploding, and if any of you brave souls are thinking of making it, just make sure you aren't eating it by yourself like I did. I currently have a 1/3 log sitting in a sandwich bag in the fridge.
(Also I'm probably going to try out other fillings, no idea what to start thinking about)
Don't forget to wash up that greasy tray :)
Also add some elbow grease when washing that tray or give it to your cats to lick it clean.
I'm so going to try this!
reminds me of epic meal time

I may just be wasteful, but I never use a bare pan when cooking, I always stick some foil on top. Possibly because the pan is scratched to hell where it's not caked black with the remnants of meals past and probably older than I am
bacon doesn't look very crispy.
I don't like loads of bacon, its way too salty.
The bacon needs moar crisp. It looks like it went about 3 seconds in there.
