I have an XPS 210 (I got it for Xmas), and I the video card in it is good for running games like CSS, but anything above I can hardly get over 30+fps. Can you guys recommend any video cards that could fit my case? My current video card is an ATI X1300.

That is a really big picture. Low profile cards are what will fit in that case.

It's also not an open box, so it should be better.

The 4650 is roughly the same thing as a 3850, just lower power requirements. The 3850 is comparable to the 9600gt.

Sorry, I had that in my mind, that the 4650 was the same thing, just a different clock. Like how the 3850/70 have the same specs, so im confused with that.
Well anything that is an improvement over my old card is best, and the 4650 seems to be the only card, unless 256 bit cards can fit in 128 bit interface.
