I just move to SF and I got an iPhone cause I wanted to be a cool kid. And I made some friends. We tried to exchange numbers. But when we call eachother it says our phone numbers are no longer in service or do not exist. One of them is on Verizon and the other is on Sprint I believe.
I'm on 3.0, I haven't been able to update yet. Other people can call me. All my friends in AZ have no issue and everything is cool except this. I am Jailbroken by the way.
Are they putting in the right area code? I know SF has a lot of diff area codes.
Yup.

And they even add a 1 to it. 1(415)

Hmm... This is wierd, try calling without the 1. So, instead of 1(415)332-2202 it will be (415)332-2202
Btw, SF as in San Fransisco? We should totally meet <3

I've tried it. My home phone cannot call me either. I either get a "No longer in service" and if I add a 1 I get a "All cuircuts are busy".
Would being Jailbroken and being on 3.0.0 matter?

And yes. SanFrancisco. I too am looking for hot new singles to flirt with *wink*
Maybe, Did this happen Pre-jailbreak?
I didn't notice this till about a month ago. I jailbroke in July. So, no.

I'm unjailbreaking my iPhone anyway. I'm using PurpleRain. I think like next week I'll be able to update and remove my Jailbroken-ess.
Also, is there a thread to explain how to keep all my contacts, bookmarks, apps, etc. While removing Purple Rain?
