Looks promising, will be looking forward to its release in 50 years and try it out then.
Tbh I'm just waiting for a Hunger Games mod for Rust. The gameplay's already really laid out, just throw in a start point with a bunch of items in the middle then disable spawning and you've got the Hunger Games.

That's just deathmatch where you have to wait for everyone to die before you can spawn again.
You need points of interests, obstacles to overcome and enemies to fight with others to build temporary alliances over.

I think Battle royale like "Death zones" would be a good fit for this kind of game ,to counteract camping.
Just a deathmatch map wouldn't really work imo.

An actual professional game built around this concept would be great though, simply making mods for it on shitty early access games isn't enough for me personally.
