Its the last DLC for ME2 before ME3. I think they'd make it epic.

Hope this is good, yet to buy DLC for any ME game as I generally just prefer the story.

I have bought more mass effect 2 dlc than all my other dlc put together will probably get this too

Its probably cheap because Cerberus Network is due to go offline in a year which means they'll have to make it free.
