Hey I'm currently looking for a part-time job, I know that McDonalds has those employment applications. So what I'd like to know is that, are there any other restaurant (or of the sort) that have those employment applications?

Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen... basically any fast food franchise will have one. Just go in places and ask them if they have an application form...
