Same here, usually when a game dips below 40, or even 30 - there must be something really wrong with it.
I played this on the free weekend, and I can say I don't care for it one bit.
It's not that bad, if you like arcade racing games then this is definitely a decent game.

There's only six reviews though from critics.
Based on what I've seen of the game, the 6.5 user score seems more accurate because it just looks pretty "meh"
