Hey, anyone with a debit card, do you know how to withdraw money secretly, if it's even possible? I can't find any drug dealers that accept visa and my mom won't let me withdraw (she lets me but makes sure I give her receipts of what I spent it on) because she knows I smoke. I know at a store after the cashier rings up your stuff and you slide your card, it offers cash back. If I click 10 dollars cash back, does anyone know if the ten dollars will be a different fee on the activity, or will it just add ten dollars to your bill? So if i spend 9 dollars at the grocery store, then click 10 cash back, anybody know if it'd show up as -$19.00 Grocery store or -$9.00 Grocery store -$10.00 cash withdrawl I put this in DD because I love you guys and I want to buy some more bud :P Thanks for any type of help guys.
I think you might be able to buy something then return it and they give you cash instead of putting it back on your debit card. Not sure about cash back though.
I'm almost sure that the way debit cards work with cash back is that on your bank statement it just shows something like "WALMART $52.87" but the receipt you get from the cashier would say that you got $20 cash back and spent $32.87. So yes, you can get cash back with a debit card and as long as your mom doesn't ask for the receipt, she wont know. She'll just see the amount you bought plus amount cash back in one number on your bank statement for the month. [editline]04:09PM[/editline] Here's an example. See the ninth entry there? For supermarket? It show's they spent $29.08 What they could have done is bought $9.08 in groceries, and got $20 cash back. Toke it up!

Cause I could just go to walmart or something, buy something cheap, take out a nice amount and say I bought a video game.
Shit man, sorry your moms so hard about it all. But I think Lemon_lover is correct. Seems to me I remember it coming out as one transaction, but I could be wrong. also, this made me lol:
...I can't find any drug dealers that accept visa...
Made me lol too ^
also, this made me lol:
Reminds me of the movie Fifty Pills where the guy pays for the ecstacy with a check and wrote "for the drugs" next to the line on the check that asks what the money is for.
Makes me want the title "Accepts Visa for his drugs" :(
That things she does is actually called: Cash Violence. Don't let your mother control YOUR money. The money YOU earned.

Something about the electronic trail involved :smug: But I feel ya. My parents also watch my bank account (I was 17 when I set it up, so my mother had to co-sign), which is bullshit since I'm 19... but I'm living at home and going to school, so I guess I can't raise too much fuss. I still think it's fucking ridiculous that they keep watch over how much of my own, hard-earned money I spend, and how often. Thankfully I can just blame my semi-heavy spending on food, hookah, cigarettes and alcohol. They don't have to know that I'm not actually going out and drinking every other night  [editline]01:45AM[/editline] Oh, and here's what I do when I need to make large drug purchases: When I get my paycheck, I go to deposit it, and instead of depositing the whole thing and withdrawing cash later, I only deposit part of it and keep the rest as cash. No electronic trail of what just occurred. All that they (parents) can see is that I deposited X amount of dollars.
Funny thing is, my money is electronically deposited. :\
Ah shit... that doesn't work, then
Tell them to stop being fucking fascists.
