Or extended rather.
Seems like the constitution can''t stop the will of the rich or the charisma of the popular.
Why the everloving fuck do rich people get tax cuts in the first place?
Why the everloving fuck do rich people get tax cuts in the first place?
to get richer
Why the everloving fuck do rich people get tax cuts in the first place?
Rich people control politics in America.
Rich people get tax cut.
Rich people become more rich.
= Profit.
Why the everloving fuck do rich people get tax cuts in the first place?
So that they can buy stuff and help the poor businesses from where rich people buy their stuff from.
Therefore it improves the economy.
[sp]herp[/sp]
God damn it. I am beginning to lose faith in representative democracy.
Good. Now when I become rich I don't have to pay more just because I was more successful than others.
Instead I can donate the money to a charity
Why the everloving fuck do rich people get tax cuts in the first place?
because Republicans were in charge
Good. Now when I become rich I don't have to pay more just because I was more successful than others.
Instead I can donate the money to a charity which never really helps the poor people to a great extent, but I will feel good on the inside just by throwing my pocket change into the nearest food can.
Their reasoning is that it will spur them to buy more and contribute to the giant corporate controlled clusterfuck that is our economy.
The real reason is of course they don't have to contribute as much to the country, which for everyone else means less money for services, which means services get cut, which leaves us high and dry and possibly starving and/or homeless while they laugh it up during a lavish party on their 32nd yacht because they're doing just fine.
Good. Now when I become rich I don't have to pay more just because I was more successful than others.
Are you seriously saying that the most fortunate people in society should be the ones called upon to help said society the least
blakquot
Well it's better than giving money to the shitty government
Are you seriously saying that the most fortunate people in society should be the ones called upon to help said society the least
Yes
Its so the people who make jobs can make jobs.
Yes
Seriously
[editline]6th December 2010[/editline]
Its so the people who make jobs can make jobs.
And then outsource them to china
Its so the people who make jobs can make jobs.
No, it just gives them more time to hide their money in a foreign account.
And then outsource them to china
They outsource because of taxes and regulations here.
Seriously
Well yeah, it's my money, I should decide what to do with it.
Just because I have more zeros than the person next to me doesn't mean I should pay more.
They outsource because of taxes and regulations here.
Yeah, which are meant to protect workers. Corporations are just looking at sweatshops abroad and curb environmental regs we have in the US.
So that they can buy stuff and help the poor businesses from where rich people buy their stuff from.

[sp]herp[/sp]
you know rich people horde there money unlike poor people who spend there money pretty fast. not to mention that making rich richer is just messed up
They outsource because of taxes and regulations here.
Regulation of big business is a good thing.
you know rich people horde there money unlike poor people who spend there money pretty fast. not to mention that making rich richer is just messed up
Buying multimillion mansions sure is hoarding.
Well yeah, it's my money, I should decide what to do with it.

you know without taxes are government would have died long ago?
It's temporary and it's a compromise it's not a big deal right now there are more important issues the administration need to deal with and this was a useful way to get at least some Republican support.
you know without taxes are government would have died long ago
Well if they had more taxes, maybe you could get free grammar education...
I have never received a paycheck from a poor man.
Well yeah, it's my money, I should decide what to do with it.

Yeah, it absolutely does. You are reaping more from society so you damn well should be giving more back.
"Trickle down economics" that you conservatives like so much doesn't work on its own - you need to tax the fuck out of the rich.
I have never received a paycheck from a poor man.
You've never received a paycheque because you are 11
Buying multimillion mansions sure is hoarding.
most rich guys do spend money but they die with most of it. poor people use up there income more and dont save it as much. not to mention that money would be spent on sending there children to college or buying a car which really helps them instead of buying a solid gold toilet
[editline]6th December 2010[/editline]
Well if they had more taxes, maybe you could get free grammar education...
I am now defeated
Buying multimillion mansions sure is hoarding.
Yeah it actually is
You buying your mansion doesn't help anyone, except the realtor
but that's just rich trading money with the rich, which is all they do
Yeah, it absolutely does. You are reaping more from society so you damn well should be giving more back.

Republicans are indoctrinated Social Darwinists, they'll think it's low of them to give money who are conflicted by circumstances or if they're not protestant.
