Hello! I'm looking to build a gaming and software PC (photoshop, things like that) and was wondering if anyone could give me a list of parts that would be good to use I'm looking at spending £300 - £400 but if anyone thinks i'll need more feel free to say Also i'm in the UK so only sites that will ship here without masses of P&P thanks for any help!
Bumping for any help? i know i haven't put much info but i really wouldn't know where to start

i could probably shave off some money if the Graphics and Ram from the PC i use now is compatible with this stuff Also, will this support dual monitors? thanks!

okay! thanks man! you've been a big help
BUMP! I have all the parts excpet the GPU and the HDD My problem is the HDD is no longer sold from the link, and the ones on Ebay want alot of postage, can anyone find a HDD that would work with the other parts that have been posted? Also, where would be the cheapest place to get Windows 7?
Windows 8 should be cheaper(?). It's also faster. Anyways, any SATA hdd should do you fine.

It seems to be a big concern amongst people because they are afraid of the Start Menu. You never use it and after a day or two start wondering why did I see this as a problem. The harddrive you linked doesn't seem to have a brand as I can see which kind of concerns me. Try to get something like a Western Digital. I found this. It's a green though, you could spend more money to get a black. The motherboard has built-in soundcard, don't worry about this. I think it's only server motherboards that don't have them.
I think i'd just feel more comfortable with Windows 7, i'll see if i can experiance Windows 8 before making my choice though One final question, would this be a betterr choice for my graphics card, it's 2GB instead of 1GB http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330868948332?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
scan.co.uk is pretty good. Gonna get an i3, with a view to upgrading to an i5 sometime inthe future: Which motherboard do I go for (My GPU = 2gb XFX HD 7870 (should I go for MSI one?))

Thought I'd ruthlessly hijack it since the other guy seems to have mostly got his Qs sorted out (sorry vladnag)

It would probably be best if you waited till you had a bit more money.
It would probably be best if you waited till you had a bit more money.
but if i were to get one or the other, would the one i linked be better?
