I think the title explains it, but if you must know why I need the BIOS password, it's because I need it in order to reconfigure the boot order of my laptop, so that my Windows 7 disc can boot first, and allow me to repair my laptop. My laptop got a black screen of death, and refuses to boot into the login screen.
What can I do to fix this?
With a desktop computer you can take the motherboard battery out for an hour or so. On a laptop I believe it is possible but it'd mean you'd be taking it apart. Can you not boot into Windows in safe mode? There may also be a key on the laptop (usually one of the F8/F9/etc keys) that you can press at POST that lets you choose what device to boot into
I can't boot it into safe mode, it just loads the core files, and then a black screen with a cursor.
Modern laptops usually store the BIOS password in non-volatile memory (for security), and there generally isn't a way to reset the password without it getting expensive.
Remove the hard drive, let it boot from the CD, then plug the hard drive back in as soon as it starts booting.

If it is SATA, wait for Windows 7 to be fully booted. But I don't know if Windows 7 supports hotswap.
There should be a jumper on the motherboard that allows you to reset the BIOS.
Yes, there should be a jumper on the mother board to Clear CMOS or pull out the battery and the onboard cell button.
