Says [del]budget[/del]mid range in the title, includes a 1070.
Sure.
Title says mid-range not budget.
So is this actually good advice? Does the 1070 get bottlenecked? Why is it called mid instead of high?
I guess they have a way different definition of "mid-range" than me. That's pretty damn high-end.

Midrange would be a 950 not a 1070.
"Mid-range", the 1070 pretty much smokes any current game at 1440p and costs 400 pounds in Europe
Honestly, you can save your money and just get a 970.
This seems like a shameless promotion from nvidia.

To really add to it, mid-level i consider something being around $700-1000. $1200 really puts you into a high end build.
But can anyone vouch if this is a good set together? Wanted to build a 1070/80 computer

It would all work together fine, obviously add hard drives as well as the SSD though.
Could probably find a cheaper comparable motherboard as well.
And like Lolkork said, PSU is a bit overkill but it's nice to have breathing room.
You could probably go with cheaper lower speed fans too. I bought a pack of 4 120mm Cooler Master fans for $13, and the 140mm fans individually are a bit cheaper too.(that being said I don't know what size fans that case supports aside from the 140mm)
Using those fans, and the Hyper 212 EVO for my CPU, my temps are nice and low.

God damn, If I had more confidence when it came to PC building, I'd love to do this.
Title says mid-range not budget.
Midrage is in the 700 to 900 dollar range. Budget is the sub-600 dollar stuff. This is a high-end system, if only just.
