PC shuts down internet connection and sound goes buzzing and shit

Since yesterday after playing some WoW, I got DCed because PC lost internet connection, at first I thought it was only the modem fucking up so i restarted it with no luck, restarted pc a few times and it worked fine, but when the internet "went out" on pc, my mouse was slow and skipped a few milimeters like jumping from one place to another making it hard as shit to do anything, also if some program was "making" a sound for example WoWs music being on, it would be buzzing and shit and pausing every second and stuff. It just happened while playing Binding of Isaac (unfortunately, I had a great run) which forced me to close the game, and then it was fine again (internet was disconnected aswell while this happened)
I have no idea what can have caused this and I hope its no faulty hardware or anything is going to break. Any ideas?
Specs:
i5 2500k 4.4GHz
8GB RAM 1600MHz
ASUS P8-Z68 V-Pro mobo
EVGA GTX 670
Razer charcharias someting headphones, if it matters (with the whole sound thing).
Also worth noting its happening while i type this, (Copying this incase internet connection doesnt reconnect automatically after a while)
Also recorded some of this on phone if it'll help.
When the mouse starts slowing down you should open task manager and see if anything is using lots of CPU. I remember when there was a glitch on Windows Vista where one of my network drivers ran this exe file in the background and sometimes the whole system went slow, and the exe file was using 100% CPU, as soon as I terminated the process the computer was fine again
I forgot to do that, I'll have to do that when it does it again.
Do you use W7 32 or 64 bit?
