Wait you can't be a businessman, a true businessman would capitalize the correct words and use correct spellings of words such as "Yeah" not "ye"
Talk to a psychiatrist.
use drugs
Yeah, OP you should take your clothes off...
Trust me, I'm a Psychiatrist.
smelly? ye right noob i wash my suit twice a day once after lunch break...

What's he/she telling you?
I told him to take his clothes off, but he ignored me.
Being serious here, get busy, get some actual shit to worry about, then you'll enjoy your leisure time.
"My mind scares the shit out of me"
What about your face? Cause your face scares the shit out of me.
EDIT: To anyone who thinks otherwise, this post was a joke.
Just like this thread.
I never thought this thread would last more than a minute.
Besides being a shit thread, it's a question thread which should be in Fast Threads.
oh, you must be the guy that stays on facepunch all day, trying to be a dick to people to get acceptance. ok, talk about my face a bit more if it helps your ego
I been here six years, and only have three times your post count. If any one is on here looking for an ego boost, or acceptance, it's you and all your shit threads.
I like how someone tells you to go kill yourself and that's OK, but you have a problem about this stupid remark.
What's he/she telling you?
lately we are talking about how i shouldnt get started on weed at 16 although everone around me does

OP, have you ever considered that it may be helping you? I've found my mind has put me into situations that haven't happen, but it's worried that they may happen, so it makes me stressed until I'm sure I know how to fix it. If the stress stays there, I can be pretty sure I haven't worked out how to properly solve it.
Try to work out what your mind is telling you. You may learn a lot yet.

Wow, that's low, judging people by their looks, you're a bad person.

yes ive tried that, though most situations have multiple answers and i dont get to solve them at all. situations are usually a plan im gonna have later, not random things like "what if" stuff but rather things bound to happen.
Kill yourself before you hurt somebody.

Maybe that's why.

You should figure out which things are "productive" worries and which are not. Try to figure out if there's anything in your power to immediately do to take care of the issue. If there is, its productive and you should do it. If there isn't, it's unproductive.

thats a good suggestion, which takes some stuff out of the way. but the problem is, once i solved what i can solve, i still have stuff i yet cant, which continue to worry me when i have nothing to do.

Yeah, but at least you can feel a bit less overwhelmed. I got that technique from a book i've been reading, btw: http://www.amazon.com/Worry-Cure-Seven-Steps-Stopping/dp/1400097657
It's actually been pretty useful to me, and trust me, you're not the only one with this kind of problem.

i staerted smoking weed when i was 7.. didnt do anything to me
maybe you had pre-exsisting mental issues before starting to smoke weed
yes ive tried that, though most situations have multiple answers and i dont get to solve them at all. situations are usually a plan im gonna have later, not random things like "what if" stuff but rather things bound to happen.
If things are bound to happen, and they may be bad, work out how to mitigate damage. Your mind has a funny way of doing things. In the end it's helping you, but sometimes it's so hard to distinguish between when it's a problem you need to fix, or just stress for the sake of it.
One of the best methods to fix the problem, is to automatically split the problem into two parts - the problem itself, and the stress associated with it. Depending on your mood, the stress that comes with it and be wholly disproportionate to the actual magnitude of the problem. Thus, if you realize what the problem is about, the stress becomes easier to deal with.
However, don't tell your mind that there's no problem. It hates when you do that, because there MIGHT be a problem. Instead, in most cases, there is a problem, but the stress is unwarranted.
This is very important, but I hope this works for you (I had a similar problem for a number of months, and it was hell. Really).
