Hello, Can you please help me for I was restoring my 2g ipod touch (MC) on my windows computer, and just as it started to restore and the iPod started to prepare itself to restore, my PC randomly shutdown (overheated much??) so now I am stuck with and ipod touch 2g (MC) that only has an apple logo and a loading bar on it. I hae tried DFU and Hard Resets but nothing works. When I plug it into my computer it detects something is there but not an apple devise.

I have an ipod with the exact same problem, it got stopped halfway through a restore and now it sticks on a little apple logo with a spinning wheel for days, I've tried every fix on the internet but as far as I know it's bricked. You might as well phone up apple to see if there's anything they can do (But I assume it's out of warranty or you would have gone there first amiright?).
Yeah you are right, I have opened my ipod to replace the screen, but apple still states I have hardware warrenty. I just though there might be a quicker way since I am selling my ipod so I can get a 32g 4g ipod touch. But thanks for the advise.
