If I were to build a system with these specs:
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel i3 2130 Dual Core 3.4 GHz
8GB DDR3
ATi 5450 1GB (or) nVidia 9800 GT 1GB
1TB 7200rpm SATA
On a 250 or 300watt PSU.
Would this work?

Yes with the 5450, highly unlikely with the 9800 GT.
Thanks for your answers, but I found a PSU calc. I think we're all good with an Nvidia 220 GT though. :3
