Keeper of the Light's Aghs upgrade is fucking ridiculous. Permanent ult plus a bunch of other crazy benefits. I would've been happy with reduced cooldown/mana cost for shit's sake.

How about EU West servers too...Literally at least 5 out of 10 people in a game on EUW are Eastern European/Russian, and they spend the whole game either typing or talking in their native language even after you tell them you only speak English.

Even if this is a joke, this actually seems like a really fucking smart idea.
If you queue for a certain language, you must do a couple of a questions to enter the server, if you can't answer correctly, you cannot queue for that server language for 2 minutes.

You should read what I wrote, all of it. Not something subjected to you and your nationality. I said that when 6 times out of 10, they queue for US servers, and don't speak a lick of English. If anything, it's broken, and all they can say is; "REPORT PLS, FUCK YOUR MOTHER, FUCK YOU" etc. Even when you have English preferred, and would like to play with English only people.

I get queued with ruskies all the time doing nothing but us east&west (and instant match finds, so it hasnt broadened the search to eu)
