The attraction is part of the larger Window of the World amusement park (长沙世界之窗). The Angry Birds theme park facility was built as part of the park’s monthlong Stress-reducing Festival. Simulating the action of the viral computer game, players pull a real catapult and shoot Angry Birds plush toys at green piggy balloons placed around a toy brick fortress. “This [Angry Birds theme park] serves as a method for people to purge themselves and to gain happiness,” an anonymous park official told Chinese gaming website Gamesky.com. That actually sounds pretty fun.
Not much of a theme park. If my parents took me there I would have given them a kick in the shins. EDIT: Let me clarify, by theme park I mean, the theme park. Not the single ride.
Dumbest thing to base a theme park off but it does look like fun.
“This [Angry Birds theme park] serves as a method for people to purge themselves and to gain happiness,”
Wait, what?
Not much of a theme park.
I'd agree, but it's not my wording.
“This [Angry Birds theme park] serves as a method for people to purge themselves and to gain happiness,”
:v: Shit I got ninja'd.
Angry Birds isn't even that much of an OMG REVOLUTIONARY GAME, there was a flash game in Newgrounds that was the same thing, how the heck did it gain this much popularity?
I should go to this
Angry Birds isn't even that much of an OMG REVOLUTIONARY GAME, there was a flash game in Newgrounds that was the same thing, how the heck did it gain this much popularity?
apple app store
I'm not gonna lie, that actually looks like I could have a blast.
Not much of a theme park. If my parents took me there I would have given them a kick in the shins.
They took you on a holiday to china you ungrateful bastard.
App store community is like the Youtube community where the only things that get incredibly popular are simple minded things that have been done a million times before.
What does Mount Rushmore have to do with Angry Birds?
It's amazing how such a simple game became so popular it now has it's very own theme park. I mean really, the game is SO SIMPLE. I'm surprised there isn't a tetris theme park.
They took you on a holiday to china you ungrateful bastard.
I've already been on holiday to china :C

I started playing Angry Birds on the PC not too long ago. It's an enjoyable game for the really bored, but all this stupid merchandise is just WAY out of hand.
I bet the park is unlicensed
Massive slingshots? What's not to like? (But trebuchets would still be cooler)
Oh no
Angry Birds isn't even that much of an OMG REVOLUTIONARY GAME, there was a flash game in Newgrounds that was the same thing, how the heck did it gain this much popularity?
Because it was made in Finland. Edit: Faggots not from Finland tend to disagree.
Made in China. This will end badly.
How the... fuck did this game get so popular.
Doesn't even look like a theme park. Looks like just a bunch of cheap structures in a grass field.
I don't really see the appeal of Angry Birds to be honest. I played it before and it was only decent.
Looks more like a gameshow set TBH.
Angry Birds isn't even that much of an OMG REVOLUTIONARY GAME, there was a flash game in Newgrounds that was the same thing, how the heck did it gain this much popularity?
I think it's because of the birds themselves. The "artillery game" genre is not unique, but adding birds as ammo trying to ruins the pig's shit actually sounds pretty funny and gives it a unique twist. At least, that's the reason why I like the game.
someone is so going to get crushed by a falling castle piece. called it.
Lamest theme park ever
