CLEVELAND — Five Ohio juveniles were charged in an Ice Bucket Challenge attack on a 15-year-old with autism on Tuesday. According to FOX31 Denver sister station FOX8 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty announced that three of the juveniles were charged with two counts of delinquency, assault and disorderly conduct. The other two juveniles were each charged with a single count of disorderly conduct. The teens are accused of dumping a bucket of human waste and tobacco spit over the autistic boy’s head shortly before the start of the school year, and it was all captured on video.
http://kdvr.com/2014/10/14/teens-charged-for-dumping-human-waste-on-autistic-boy-in-ice-bucket-challenge-prank/
Good. Give them a little jail tour please.
Hell yea finally
"Delinquency, assault and disorderly conduct"? It was literally a hate crime, there's really no other way to describe it.
What a bunch of cunts. Honestly, the fuck?
Shouldn't there also be charges for dumping human waste? That's a fucking bio hazard. The boy is lucky he doesn't have hepatitis or something.

Besides, I don't think they want charges of throwing shit akin to terrorist chemical attacks.
Didn't Drew Carrey put a bounty on these guys?
Little shits getting what they deserve.
Fucking finally. Sad how it took this long for something bad to happen to those boys. I still stand to my opinion that they don't deserve life though.
Awesome. Now a majority of employers will turn them down right off the bat when they see their records. It's the punishment that keeps on punishing.
Took them long enough. I just feel sorry for the kid, though. The psychological harm will always be with him, and I'm pretty sure it'll cause him a whole bunch of trust issues later in life.
"Delinquency, assault and disorderly conduct"? I don't think these kids did this because they hate autistic kids, rather autistic kids are easier to take advantage of.
and if you knowingly have a disease like ebola or something it's assault with a deadly weapon or something like that
Hell, you could even go as far up as biological warfare.
Hell, you could even go as far up as biological warfare.
ANOTHER reason for people with STD's to not masturbate in public, wow

I love how the ice bucket challenge has gone from an awareness raising stunt to "Haha you got wet, what's ALS?"
I personally trust no one but myself, everyone in this world is out for themselves anyway
That's so far from the truth, you must have serious issues if you can't trust anyone to a degree
That's so far from the truth, you must have serious issues if you can't trust anyone to a degree
People I have gotten close to have kinda slapped me in the face when I was down, been cheated on a lot of times so now I can barely even speak to women and I won't go into the rest of it because I'm also depressed and talking about it makes me worse.

Just goes to show you that humankind isn't always compassion and happiness.
This is terrible, he could have gotten Ebola
By deliberately throwing or somehow getting bodily fluids on another person to harm them can constitute attempted murder or at the very least some type of felonious assault. I'm not sure why their sentence was so light - the judge really let them off easy.
