Put limitations on titles? - General

I like how you can get colored and neat titles. But those page stretching big font titles are kind of annoying? Anybody agree?

I dis-agree with the title changing, but the ones where it takes, literally, a couple of scrolls to get to the next post because of how long a title is, gets quite annoying.

I believe the mods ban if they're escessively huge. I recall at least one guy got banned with the reason "fix your title" and it was causing a massive amount of vertical page stretch.
