Being 6'2" and only ten stone is not lucky when you're trying to start at cornerback for an American football team.
gain weight is so easy man eat burger
How.
I'm a skinny shit with a fast metabolism
good luck.
gain weight is so easy man eat burger
That is the worst method of weight gain I have ever read, especially for someone with a metabolism as fast as mine. I eat like a normal person... in fact I probably eat a lot more sugar and fat than a normal person, but it has absolutely no effect on me.
I never seemed to gain weight nor loose weight, I'm alway 130lb
I am skinny I too wish I could put on weight (Healthily) so I can turn it all into muscle.
A man can dream.
maybe your bones are thin and you cant look thick.
I'm 1.72 and 80k, i needa loose at least another 8k.

Same, i seem to eat fucktons and i mean fucktons, but i never gain anything. It's like it pours out the other end, the second it gets in.

Your cholesterol levels must be pretty high then.
Unless you're really fat, losing more than 1 kg a week is not healthy.
I'm not overweight (60kg, 167cm) but i would like to lose some fat.
I need to lose 20Kg. I would be 90Kg at 190cm, and I would be kinda content with that. Too bad I am a lazy fuck.

Oh god. I'm like 185cm and around 60kg. That is so fucking unhealthy.
Oh god. I'm like 185cm and around 60kg. That is so fucking unhealthy.
gain 22 kg
Also, that weight gain would take more than six months for the average person. And that's assuming I bash the gym everyday for a couple of hours and eat chicken and drink protein shakes religiously.
my height is 1.79cm
How's the weather down there shorty
