He is. But his moves are incredibly supportive, being able to globally boost armour and grant health regeneration, as well as making the whole team invisible and healing towers within a radius of 900 at daytime. Leech Seed also heals nearby teammates when you use it.

I'd like the bots on your own team to not become overly retarded when playing with more than one player.
I think when you play with bots, the player is taking away one of the bots from the collective hivemind. That's why the enemy team, with all 5 bots, kicks the ass of the team with 4 or less bots.
Bots cheat and are no fair.
