North Korea is vowing a pre-emptive nuclear strike against the United States. The harsh rhetoric Thursday comes hours ahead of a vote by U.N. diplomats on whether to level new sanctions against Pyongyang for its recent nuclear test.
An unidentified spokesman for Pyongyang's Foreign Ministry said the North will exercise its right for "pre-emptive nuclear strikes on the headquarters of the aggressors" because Washington is pushing to start a nuclear war against the North.
Drops all pretense? Sounds like they're pretending a whole fuckin' lot.
How long are they going to keep this up?
r.i.p NK
Slightly worrying. It's like dealing with a mental patient who makes threats. Never know if they are stupid enough to carry them out
i'm not sure if just throwing lots of dynamite really really far counts as a nuclear option
I have a fear of invasion so I'm freaking out guys.

I can't if you're joking but North Korea doesn't really have the ability to invade anyone, probably not even South Korea.
I'm not joking, also how you would you know? Have you been to NK?
Accidentally hits South Korea
Kim Jong un: oops!
Do they even have the guidance systems?

Seriously? You think North Korea is going to make it across the Pacific and invade the United States of America?! No, you can't be serious. I don't think any country on this planet, even the US itself, could invade something like the United States because of the Technological and Geographical advantage
Besides, They probably mean Washington State and just think D.C. is there
Do they even have the guidance systems?
Guidance systems are the least of their worries. They first need a rocket that doesn't explode on the launch pad
I'm worried Ireland is going to invade China

It's just too much open nothing surrounding it, with too much advanced warning systems protecting it. Invasions are the least of our concerns, minus the illegal kind from Mexico
all kim jong un wanted was for obongo to call him to chat about basketball
now we've started a nuclear war
thanks secretary of state john kerry
I bet $50 that the missile will hit it's own launchpad.
someone call metal wolf to take down the NK threat

How could you even think an invasion of the US by North Korea is remotely possible. Cuba would have a better chance of invading us.
They launch and accidentally strike Pyongyang. Second one lands in Nepal.

Attempting to invade the US by sea would be like playing a game of Battleship, except if you (the US) could see all of your opponent's battleships without them being able to see yours.

You can trust me when I say that the US (and everything bigger than a football field) has nothing to fear from North Korea or its military - other than the depths of its inhumanity, of course.

They're planning to do it oldschool and drop it from a plane. Now they just need to make a plane that doesn't explode on the runway.
Honestly, an invasion by North Korea sounds more like the set up for a funny reality show or sit-com. Rodman could be a costar.

There is something that related to crysis and i have no idea
If N.Korea did actually launch a nuke, I think everyone can agree that it would be taken care of and the land of the free would remain free to shoot the real enemy, Mexicans.
The question stands is what happens next? I thought the general thing to do was a nuclear counter-attack or was that just for the cold war? MAD and all that business.
Does the South and Americas go full scale and unpause the Korean war or bomb them from afar?
Pretty sure the US would shoot down anything NK can throw at it and after that the shit will hit the fan and everyone will jump on NK like the mental patient holding a knife that it is.
