I'm having latency problems in both CSS and WoW, and I don't know why. It cant even play CSS anymore, and WoW is annoying. Instead of 80-100 ping in CSS, its now 600ish, and in wow it went from 100-200 ms to 1000+. Im running Windows 7 and I've never had any problems so far.
Sounds like either a router or ISP issue.
Try turning the router off for 10 minutes, then plug it back in, though be prepared, you may have to resetup the router when it starts back up, so if you're not up to that, I'd get a technician to do it.
If its the ISP (Internet Service Provider) then there's nothing you can do except hope they fix it.
Look for programs that could cause your bad ping such as FUCKING ADOBE UPDATER THAT DOWNLOADS UPDATES SECRETLY.
