What is this? Just looked through the both dev blogs and there's no explanation of what it is at all and what makes it different to other FPS games.

It's also probably the only deathmatch fps playable on the internet that has its console named the cuntsole, so that's a unique selling point and a FP signature.

He says in the blog post that it's something he has wanted to make for a long time but doesn't describe anything unique (in my eyes anyway - and he even says the progen may have been bad).
I hope Bill keeps the whole City part and don't add forests and other nonsense, I really would like an entire game set in just a city.

Too many """urban""" maps have 1 or 2 garages that you can enter, and the rest are just static imagery.
I don't just mean City space, I mean also like suburbans and what not. But I feel like instead of it being like any other game with tons and tons of forests and other nonsense. It should just be the opposite with just cities and maybe a city park to mix it up.

Sub Rosa is really the only other game I can think of like this in terms of a city map with every room of every building being accessible. Hopefully it won't have the problem Sub Rosa has sometimes where despite the huge map with multistory buildings, it feels like things only really happen in a small section of it, and really the ground floor and top floor are the only floors that actually get used. Edit: After playing for a bit, I don't think I've encountered another player in a building yet. There's no roof access and you can't break out windows, so you usually just end up climbing up a long flight of stairs to find you can't really see shit, and then go back down to the streets.

Just in the middle of the city have a randomly generated plane of grass with some trees scattered around with some benches and shit with a fence around the perimiter. Maybe some ponds. Nothing too hugely camoflaging but still enough to offer some visual difference.

Thinking about my school's layout I think it'd make an interesting map for a game honestly. It's got areas with a lot of verticality along with areas with none, it's got long corridors and short hallways, and there's a few large open areas like the gym. If it wasn't a school and thus would raise huge controversy, it'd be pretty neat. Problem solved.
Tried it a bit last night, even with 500ms+ ping it's surprisingly playable :v: Only thing that got buggy was unreadable text at low resolutions and I got caught on stairs occasionally
