See his speech live:
http://www.vgtv.no/#id=37493 (Norwegian site, no subtitles, sorry) (Sorry for the commercials that might appear at the start of the livestream!)
Here are some of his quotes:
"I will die as a martyr! Revolution!"
"The protestants are obeying orders from Satan! They are fooling you!"
"Im a leader, this is MY COUNTRY!"
"Libya will rule the world, in all the following generations!"
I have a feeling this is going to turn into a civilwar. Actually, it already is
I bet other countries will interfere.
I bet other countries will interfere.
I hope they don't, even if it is to help the revolution. If the revolution is perceived as being foreign-influenced, it will be weaker later on.
He's clearly insane. Someone stop him for god's sake.
Ideally he'd be tried for his crimes, shown to the world for what he is: A murderer, dictator, liar, an absolute disgrace.
A painful death is fine, too.
Look at the way he's twitching.
Someone needs to take a stop to the looney bin...
Gaddafi has done enough, he ordered protesters to be shot, he supplied the IRA with weapons and now he's acting like a fanatical asshole.
its maybe best he is thrown out of office
Call the goddamn snipers already for fucks sake.
Crazy bastard
God this guy is an absolute psycho trying to hold onto whatever scraps of power he has
how many times has he said "death"?

Other countries interfering would be the fastest solution to stop him. And he should be stopped as soon as possible.
I'm waiting for him to be dragged out in the street Benito Mussolini style.
You can watch it [here] live in English with no adverts incidentally.
He will be overthrown eventually, too bad it has to cost so many innocent lives.
I find it interesting to see how one country follows the other into a revolution, so close after eachother.
He's clearly insane. Someone stop him for god's sake.
I think this is the first thing that both Democrats and Republicans can agree with here, that he needs to be stopped.
Jesus christ. Get shot already.
Uh, I think I might've missed something.
Did he just announce that he's going to execute all the protesters, or am I misunderstanding?

And for a large part thanks to the mass communication that the internet provides us with. I'm convinced that a free internet is a requirement for world peace and mutual understanding between cultures.

There will only be world peace if there are no humans.

There will be no apples if we keep buying bananas.

What about pineapples.
As much as I want this fucker dead: He should be captured alive and be sentenced from a human rights court.

You really need to read up on recent history in the Middle East. No US-backed rebellions or leaders have ever stayed popular and in power.

This is a live english feed of the speech.
As cruel as Gaddafi is, he is nothing compared to Bush.
This guy is a whackjob. I don't think he should die by the bullet, but the fists and feet of all the angry people he has wronged.
When he finished his speech (FINALLY) it looked like he staged people to come out and cheer around him, there was only like 50 people that seemed to be acting.
Then he drove away in a golf car, hahahaha!

That's not a punishment for him since he won't be around for long to experience it. I think it's best to bring him to an international court.

I just saw that too, it's funny to see he lost all track of reality.
