Whenever I try to upload something on somewhere, if the file is too big the upload will always fail, and only if it's like a 52 kb file, it'll upload in a few minutes
I tried uploading a picture from my dads computer, it uploaded the file in a second, next I tried to upload same file on same website from my computer, it goes to 75% in a second, but then stops and after awhile it will fail.
This happens with any other sites or upload things, like Steam Screenshots. Even if I speak on microphone, my voice lags and cuts out.
My download speed is fine tho.

Is your router/modem old. If that starts to fail you could have lots of strange issues
no we got a new one like a month ago to fix the problem
it did not fix.

Do you have a wireless router and are using a wireless adapter for your computer? If so then I used to have a terrible adapter and it caused the exact same issues you had. Only fix was to plug the computer directly into the router or buying a better wireless adapter.
