Isn't there a law in Sweden that says if a Danish man crosses the ocean into Sweden, he is to be killed? (Or the other way around?)

Old never discontinued law which held no actual legal power. It's similar to all those old long unused laws which are often quoted in the US, australia and similar.

In California, if eight or more Indians (Native Americans) or people of Native American descent on your property without your permission, you can shoot at them, as it is legally considered a raid.
