• Can't access a website: think it's a local network issue

I've been having problems with a website I frequent lately, but only at home and I am the only member who is currently having issues. I have been checking www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com and it has repeatedly told me that the site is up, I just can't access it. I have not had any issues with any other sites. So far I've tried accessing it using Firefox, Opera, and IE, all with the same result. I have tried this on my desktop, my netbook, my boyfriends computer, my phone, and on a public computer. I have been able to get it to load on my phone and the public computer, which leads me to think that it's a problem with my network (since the three computers that won't load it are all on this network). I've searched Google and have mostly found individuals whose problems were solved by clearing cookies, enabling cookies, or allowing pop-ups. None of these solutions that I have found have worked. I use AVG and recently ran a virus scan, which turned up nothing suspicious. My boyfriend and I have been the only people in our apartment recently and the only time we've touched the router settings within the past two months was the other day when I checked to see if the website was on the blocked list. It's not. (In fact, the blocked sites list is completely empty.) I'm currently using a Netgear Wireless G Router (model number: WGR614v10). I can provide the specs for the three computers used if asked. If anyone has any other suggestions that I could try, I'd love to hear them because I've run out of ideas. I'd rather not keep visiting this site on my phone because even with my reading glasses and magnification settings I can barely see it. Thanks in advance!
