• $950-$1000 Gaming PC Build

Ok, anyways, I'm hoping to receive around $950-1000 around Christmas time to build a Gaming PC. It doesn't matter to me if it has up-to-date hardware, I'd just like it to play most games on high settings. I plan to be using it a lot, so a nice cooling system would be great.
dont get alienware
Canada or us.
US
Bump.
Building it or buying a pre-built?
Building it.
Any preferences?
Any preferences?
Not really, I'd just like it to run most things on high, and as I stated in OP, a nice cooling system.

You can get a ocz that costs less, performs at a comparable level on average (manufacturing causes differences) for less. This build was obviously created with europeans in mind. There are better parts for less money in US. I will make a build tommorrow.
no it is also in dollar

Better ram (1600) If you want a mid tower, you can get cheaper mid towers, such as this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119137 Haf 922/932 is a great case though. So yeah... Pretty Much keep the processor and dump everything else. lawl

I said sapphire because it is 5 dollars cheaper and comes with a free flash drive. I gave the option of 1 or 2 GPUs, because it goes over the budget by a little. Maybe he doesn't have over 1k. Then you can just buy a second 5770 later when you have the money. Gigabyte is better than ASUS. speed matters more than timing. Yes

Yes
That's completely your opinion.
Facts need evidence.
Gigabyte's Bios is arguably the best in the price range. The audio chipset is better. And it uses Japanese parts. I have to put japanese build quality above most other countries. They are the fine producers of Tokyo Marui airsoft guns, which makes unbelievably durable guns even with the strict restrictions imposed by the government. They also produce high end ESP guitars.
So gigabyte is better because Japanese people make parts for them? [editline]01:14AM[/editline] ok

TM gearboxes have only the bear necessity of metal, but its put together so well with so great parts, it lasts on average over 5 years if untinkered with.
Again, that's completely based on opinion.
Then everything is opinion. I can say eating is better than starving, but thats an opinion too. Also, yes, I am asian, although I am neither japanese nor Vietnamese.

Also the Japanese (or korean) guitars are considered inferior to usa/europe ones (Ibanez) Annyways because the country makes some good compleetly unrelated stuff to motherboards doesn't mean they make good motherboards.
