There is some program that everyday opens in a way it makes windows think it needs attention, and in turn alt-tabs me if for example a game or video in fullscreen. And its has been going on for so long that I want reinstall Windows 7 wiping my hard drive clean. And I want to know which program does this.

Never heard of IObit malware fighter, get rid off the microsoft primary thing, and not hears of six updater either. You're best checking processes for unknown ones
SixUpdater is for Arma 2 Oa mods, and IObit Malware Fighter is something I've been using forever. Also I checked and typed in Bing all unknown processes and it came up that all of them are used by some programs or my video card drivers. So I am at a lost here
Type opening msconfig (Start button, run, type in msconfig) and goto the start up tab. Disable anything non-microsoft/driver related and then reboot your computer. What this does is disables those programs from booting while starting up your system. This not only will make your boot time faster, but it will leave unused programs off. As you turn on the programs you need or want, you may find your culprit. If you want, post a picture of all your start up services and I'll see if I can't figure out what is causing your issue.
I think it has fixed it. What was causing this was something left over by AVG. Thank you this has been going of for a couple of months, and I would have never guessed this
Never mind it has delayed it. I have no clue what COULD be causing this.
