I was hoping someone could convert the pyros brain slug hat into a file type that blender can open. Ive tried it myself but i don't have any experience in doing it and I have had some trouble trying.
Ask a mod to move it somewhere more relevant to tf2.

I wasnt sure to post in their, because on one hand its a tf2 model, but on the other hand it has to do more with tech so ya.
I think it fits more in gmod model section. Sure it's for gmod, but hey, people there convert and deconvert shit all the time
