There's actually a beta patch and a driver update available, but it hasn't fixed [I]everything[/I]. Performance is still inconsistent on a decently high-end rig, but it's definitely improved over launch.
The beta patch fixed the mouse sens problem and did improve frame rates pretty decently, still a lot of areas that can dip me from like 100fps to 40fps.

Until this is fixed I won't play it. Dishonored is all about smooth gameplay and I just can't stand to play it with 40 fps in outer areals.
This is so disappointing since the game seems to be fantastic. Can't forgive Bethesda for this.
