If a terrorist has only a few seconds left on the clock and has no chance of winning, he could suicide and not get 0 dollars at the end of the round

You might as well fight to the death and at least get a chance to kill some one instead of suiciiding in the last minute

That's not really a good idea unless it's pistol round, and if it's pistol round you should be fighting to kill as many players as possible on CT side if you're about to die. Otherwise, you would want to save your weapon or try to kill another player and take their weapon.
