I had no idea she was in dishonored
I never knew that was a thing because I never killed the dude, he was just doing his job, not like he killed your lover/empress and kidnapped your daughter/princess.

While it hurts to hear her voice in something new (new to me), I'm more curious as to why the fuck she did this to begin with. Maybe she needed the money before they announced Episode 7.
