I have noticed recently a lot more games popping up on Facebook which are slightly more advanced than 'Click on stuff, buy currency if you want to do it more often'
Any fun game that could be brought to Facebooks will be instantly bad because of Facebooks. I fervently await the game that doesn't follow Farmville's resource management metagame skinnerbox thing but it's been in so many otherwise good games I don't know if I can trust Facebooks again.
when did people start calling it "facebooks"
I think they should license some much older games and have them run through the browser on Facebook, I can imagine the appeal of messaging a friend something like "oh hey do you want to play command and conquer together real quick? Just go here..". It would at least draw people onto the platform, to which they discover other stuff.

Well the funny thing is that they already have quite a few older games (Like Risk: Factions or SimCity) re-imagined for facebook, and they're all awful because they have that Farmville resource management thing. If C&C were put into it you'd probably have to "train" troops for sixteen hours or otherwise buy them.
My reaction
Eh

I'd play it, if I got bored of life itself.

Sorry but I've had enough of these microtransaction schemes for a while.
